THE SHRED WARRIOR AWARD: Louise Young

Congratulations to Louise Young, the inaugural winner of The Shred Warrior Award.

Louise represents everything that we want people to achieve on The Shred.

She got leaner, fitter and stronger.

Not only did Louise transform her body, losing two stone, she also improved her fitness and increased her strength.

Louise set a string of PBs in The Shred Allstar Session that was held before Christmas.

Apart from receiving The Shred Warrior Trophy, Louise also won £300 and received free access to The New Year Shred.

Anyone whose pictures are used in our marketing content will automatically be in the running for The Shred Warrior Award.
