Team Kipchoge smash it

Team Kipchoge were the most successful Weight Loss team on The Spring Shred.

(Teams in The Spring Shred were named after winners of the Olympic Marathon).

The surviving members of Team Kipchoge lost an average of 8.1lbs per person which is incredible

The Spring Shred was a tough one as it coincided with The Easter Holidays.

With the atrocious weather during the holidays and a lot of people confined to their houses which were stocked to the teeth with chocolate, it spelt disaster for several weight loss regimes!

We don’t pretend that everyone who signs up to The Shred loses weight.

Some people thrive.

Some people struggle.

That said, what our results prove is that The Shred works for a lot of people.

The team format and league tables provide huge motivation.

Every week, you are expected to lose 1.0lb.

If you fail to lose 1.0lb in the first week, you get booted out of your weight loss group! 🥾

For a six-week Shred that costs £64.95, you don’t just have access to joining a Weight Loss Team, you can also take part in our Weekly Challenges: The 3/3 Club and The Wall of Fame.

We host three live workouts from the Train Station gym every week. The sessions are broadcast live on The Shred Group Page. It feels like you are in a gym while you train from the comfort of your home.
